707 Huse Rd, Manchester, NH 03103

Happy May!  Thank you all for a great 2024-25 ski season. As you get in your last few days of spring skiing, come join us this month and hear some info on club trips for next season, and what we have planned for the summer.

For location, food and drink information, Chunky's website is here.  We'll offer the Zoom options for those who cannot attend in person. But we look forward to visiting with everyone who can make it to Chunky’s.

Note: We will post the Zoom link when it is set up and confirmed.

You've heard our pitch to REGISTER for the meeting ahead of time, here, making it easy for you to win door prizes and let us/Chunky's know how many will order food.  As you know, nearly everyone needs more help, so help them out...they want to serve you.  MORE: At each meeting, for in-person attendees, we're offering special drawing for 2 to win $25 Chunky's gift cards.  On arrival, check in at Chunky's ticket counter, write your name on the paper ticket they give you and drop it the basket at our check-in table. Feel free to check in with the Ski Club greeters and then return to the bar!

Stick around to the end for raffle prizes and 50/50 drawing (Chunky's gift cards and 50/50 for in-person attendees only).

NH SKI CLUB GOLF OUTING - Save the Date!!!

In the spirit of “We Don’t Just Ski” the third annual golf outing at Duston CC is on September 7th in Hopkinton, NH. This is our third annual Ski Club Golf outing which has now been officially renamed as the Bill Driscoll Memorial Tournament in honor of our good friend Bill Driscoll who passed away last year just before the tournament. $100 per golfer.  The increase in price this year will allow us to take the extra money and donate it in memory of Bill to help cancer research.  The format will be a 4 person scramble (best ball) so play will be fairly quick to get back in and enjoy the buffet and an adult beverage to brag about your unbelievable shots!  We have a maximum of 52 golfers so get your teams set up and registered as soon as you can.  If you don’t have a full team or are a single golfer, then register with what you have and I’ll work to fill out the teams.  Non-Ski Club members are welcome so if you have a family member or friend you normally golf with feel free to have them register and play.  Also, under 18 golfers are OK if playing with a parent.  Any questions, please contact Jim Eilenberger at the email or cell number below.   Registrations sent in before July 1st will go to the end of the line!  NOTE:  Cancellation and refund policy: If the event happens then there are no refunds unless you find a replacement.  For more information review the club policy:  NHSC trip cancellation and refund policies However, for this event, all checks will be held until a few days before the event to determine the weather.  If the Golf Course cancels the event, then the checks will not be cashed.

On another note, Duston CC has agreed to give NH Ski Club members a 15% discount on midweek greens fees which lowers the cost to go up and practice for the big event so just show your membership card and enjoy a fun round of golf and some good food and beverages afterward!  Jim Eilenberger.

        • If no roommate name is indicated, Trip Leader will assign roommates based on gender. We recommend using the NHSC Facebook Group to identify roommates prior to registration.
        • No seat upgrades will be available for air travel. You will be assigned seats by the airline. Preferences cannot be accommodated.
        • Read the NH Ski Club Cancellation policy. If you need to cancel after the grace period, we will do our best to help you find a substitute from the waiting list. We highly encourage trip insurance (this is a list of options) as we cannot guarantee a refund, and you will be responsible for all name change fees ($150) in the event of a substitution once ticketed.
        • We are holding a block of group tickets on United getting us into Steamboat around 12 noon on March 8 and departing the hotel at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14. Definitely 5 days of skiing Monday-Friday. Maybe a half day on Saturday. We will be pricing other flights when other airlines open their schedules in the coming months so airline choice, arrival and departure times are subject to change.
